THE projects
Midtown Jerusalem Complex, a partnership between architect Raphael De La Fontaine and Israel Canada, brings together a vibrant mix of urban experiences in the heart of the city. The complex includes four residential towers, a luxury hotel, office and tourism spaces, and a historic building being meticulously restored and transformed into a luxury hotel. Picturesque alleyways lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants weave throughout the complex, creating a rich and vibrant atmosphere for residents and visitors to enjoy.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS
Two of Midtown Jerusalem’s four towers will be residential, with 400 studio apartments planned in each, all with a unique balcony that maximizes the view. Each tower will have an impressive entrance lobby and furnished floor lobbies, common work areas, stylish seating areas, and charming patio spaces with internal gardens, away from the bustle of the street. On the rooftop of a nearby boutique building, residents will be able to enjoy a swimming pool and an advanced gym, available exclusively for complex residents via designated bridges.
