Raphael de la Fontaine – international architect, visionary, and founder of architecture firms D-BLK and DLF Architects – is the creative force behind Midtown Jerusalem’s architectural design. His architecture firm D-BLK is well known for its exceptional planning capabilities, with special emphasis on sensitive environmental designs and groundbreaking conceptual thinking, as well as for its innovative architectural designs and sustainable urban planning. De la Fontaine has a Master of Architecture degree from the prestigious Yale University, and international experience in several of the world’s leading architecture firms. His expertise in planning mixed-use projects in large metropolitan areas led D-BLK to promote many unique projects in prominent and historical locations. Raphael de la Fontaine is celebrated for his uncompromising commitment to excellence, along with his extensive experience in planning varied projects that include mixed uses, offices and commerce, housing, public buildings, and transportation hubs in Israel and around the world.

OBERSON, a Multidisciplinary Architecture and Design house
established in 2002 by the visionary architect, Dana Oberson,
stands as a globally acclaimed studio. The studio specializes in
a diverse range of projects, including hotels, resorts, hospitality
venues, high-end residences, and public spaces in Israel and abroad.
Led by partners Arch. Dana Oberson & Arch. Oded Livyatan,
OBERSON’s design aesthetic is guided by a meticulous and holistic
approach. Enriched with a profound understanding of architectural
spaces, environmental considerations, and a distinctive perspective
on furniture, textiles, and accessories. The design process unfolds
through an ongoing dialogue with clients, resulting in detailed,
customized designs.
