Every great city has a

BETTER & different
Side by side with New York, Tokyo, London and Tel Aviv, Jerusalem now joins the ranks of the greatest cities in the world that have a vibrant midtown as their beating heart. Midtown is where everything converges – main transportation routes, national institutions, business, public and government centers, and cultural, entertainment and culinary hubs.

01THE PROJECTMidtown Jerusalem’s groundbreaking design was created by international architect Raphael de la Fontaine and Israel Canada, who have accomplished a perfect synergy between the complex’s various uses, so that everything is close by, accessible, and friendlier to both people and the environment, to both the body and the soul, in a perfect work-life balance. Midtown was designed as an urban neighborhood with an international feel. An homage to classic Jerusalem, with its narrow allies, stone cladding, and unique street design. The complex comprises four towers – two residential towers, one combining hotel spaces and rental apartments, and a fourth one for offices. The fully preserved and restored Old Sha’are Zedek building will be adapted into a luxury hotel. Picturesque allies will wind between the buildings, each with its own story, offering a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants, and boutique, fashion, and lifestyle stores.About The Project

02THE LOCATIONMidtown’s location on Jaffa Street, connecting the entrance to Jerusalem with the Old City and containing the largest transportation hub in the Middle East, ensures that residents and guests can enjoy the best, most convenient access to and from the complex. A prime location in the heart of the city’s new entrance quarter, just a few-minutes’ walk from the National Quarter and the government campus, the International Convention Center, Sacher Park, Machane Yehuda Market, and many of Jerusalem’s points of interest.About The Location

03COMMUNAL SPACESSha’are Zedek Hospital on Jaffa Street, the first hospital founded and constructed outside the Old City walls, is one of the most impressive buildings of Jerusalem’s new city, and one of the most prestigious institutions in Israel’s medical history. The building had housed Sha’are Zedek Hospital until 1980, when the hospital was relocated to its new complex close to Mount Herzl. In 1994, the building was renovated in a meticulous conservation process by the Israel Broadcasting Authority, which was responsible for radio and television national public broadcasting and had set its headquarters there. In recent years, the building has been home to groups of artists, musicians, and dancers. As part of the Midtown Jerusalem complex, it will be extensively renovated and adapted into the IMAGINE Hotel, one of Israel’s most exclusive luxury hotels, with about 50 hotel rooms at the highest level of hospitality.About Communal Spaces
